1、不要過分表現自己，表現最多的那個人一定首先被淘汰。道理很簡單：既然考查的是團隊合作能力，那么，集體利益顯然是最重要的，如果你總是搶著表現自己，那只能說明，你把自身利益放到了集體利益之前，集體觀念淡薄，肯定會被第一個淘汰。當然，也有例外，但那絕對是極少數。大家可以仔細回味一下。
2、說話不要太多，但也不能太少，太少了就不會給考官留下深刻印象。要注意掌握小組的發展動向，在最關鍵的時刻，說出最有分量的話，簡言之，要么不說，要說就要選在最該你說的時候說。例如：當小組意見分歧嚴重，時間所剩不多時，你可以試著提出一個緩解矛盾的折衷方案;或者當大家討論的問題偏離主題的時候，你可以及時提醒大家;或者當你發現其他人的意見忽略了某些重要方面時，可以及時提出來。具體的請參考后面的成功案例。
3、要多與你旁邊的人交流，多交換意見。團隊合作離不開交流，多跟他們交流，交換意見，會對你個人有很大啟發，也會對小組達到統一意見起到重要作用。當然，這一切考官都看在眼里：)
4、考慮問題和說話時，要把集體利益放到第一位，一切都要服從集體目標。要多說我們小組...，少說我...，要多向你旁邊的人或團隊核心成員提意見，讓他代你說。
5、總結時，要首先肯定、強調其他每個成員在團隊的這次任務中的作用，向他們表示感謝，再說自己為團隊作出的貢獻，并要看到自己的不足。

研究生面試技巧分享：非技術面試
這類面試是最常見的面試形式，幾乎每家單位的面試都會有這個環節，形式可能是1對1，或多對1，但都有一個特點，就是：關注你的性格特點，不問技術細節。
對于這類面試，相信幾乎每個同學都有過失敗的教訓，因為經常會被問到一些刁鉆的問題，同時一些很常見的問題也并不好答。對于很多同學來說，技術面試往往不是問題，問題常常出在非技術面試和英語面試這個環節。
個人認為，在進行這類面試之前，應該提前作好以下準備：
1、自我介紹(中英文版)
任何單位都必問的第一個問題?？此坪唵?，卻是最重要的問題，因為他是面試官了解你的窗口，通過這個窗口而對你產生第一印象。如果你的自我介紹給他留下了深刻的印象，那么你已經成功一半了;而如果你的自我介紹很平庸，讓人看不到亮點，那么你基本上已經失敗了，因為面試官不可能主動去發現你的亮點。盡管自我介紹每個人都會準備，但是好壞卻有質的差別。
然后把自己抽取出來的亮點記錄下來，用最有邏輯的方式表達出來，一般可以分幾個方面來介紹，如學習方面，項目研究方面，實習方面，社會工作方面。最后，最好加上對自己性格特點的總結，以及自己的職業生涯規劃。下面是我實際使用的自我介紹：
大家好，我叫xx，天津大學計算機應用專業碩士，07年3月份畢業，研究方向xx。我想從三個方面介紹自己：
1)學習方面。大三時保送研究生，之后進入實驗室開展項目研究。在x年時間里，先后參與了x個項目，其中x個縱向項目，x個橫向項目，縱向項目主要是關于xx，橫向項目主要是關于xx。本科績點3.8，研究生績點3.4。
2)實踐方面。曾在軟件公司實習xx年時間，曾在xx當過計算機講師，主講xx，另外，本科時曾參加過xx比賽，并獲得了xx獎。
3)社會工作方面。本科和研究生都擔任所在班級班長，同時也在校學生會工作過。
我的性格特點是，性格沉穩，考慮問題全面、仔細，做事有自己明確的想法和計劃。我的優勢是自己全面的綜合素質。

2、職業生涯規劃(中英文)
這個也是每個單位幾乎必問的問題，同時也是你在參加每個面試前必須想清楚的問題。面試官通常通過這個問題來考查你對于自己的職業生涯有沒有一個合理的規劃，以及你的規劃是否與公司的目標相符合。所以，這個問題后面總會問到的，如果你在自我介紹部分就說出來，無疑給面試官留下了很好的印象。
要結合公司的具體情況來說，讓自己的職業生涯目標跟這家公司剛好吻合。例如：如果是技術職位，就說自己想走技術路線;如果是具體業務崗位，就說想走業務路線;如果是銷售，就沿著銷售的路上走下去。

我的職業生涯規劃可以概括為一句話：基于技術，但不拘泥于技術(Based on technique, but not limited on it)，就是說，我想以技術為主線，同時提高自己的分析解決問題能力、溝通能力，最終做一個既懂技術、又懂業務，兼具溝通和組織能力的復合型人才。
3、應聘單位的背景、主營業務和發展動態
在面試前，一定要通過各種途徑對應聘單位的背景、歷史、發展現狀有詳細的了解，而且，要了解你所應聘的職位在單位中所處的地位及具體職責。這些都是你在面試中跟考官溝通交流的基礎。
4、自己經歷過的成功的例子、失敗的例子
這是寶潔的面試題，在其它單位的面試中也經常用到，更重要的是，挖掘出這些例子，有助于你在面試中更好的回答考官的問題，即，有時候考官的一些問題，你可以采用實際舉例的方式回答他，這樣的回答更有說服力，更讓人信服。
5、自己的優勢/劣勢(優點/缺點)
準備這個，不光是為了面試回答用，更重要的是，你要通過這個過程想清楚，自己面試這家單位時，跟別人比，優勢在哪?劣勢在哪?弄明白了這些，在面試的時候就可以有效的揚長避短，充分發揮自己的優勢，回避自己的劣勢。
